The following drugs are screened in a 10 Panel Urine Specimen collection:
Amphetamines/Methamphetamine
Barbiturates
Benzodiazepines
Cocaine
Marijuana
Methadone
Methaqualone
Opiates
PCP
Propoxyphene
10 Panel Urine Specimen collections are processed at a SAMHSA Certified laboratory. Results are reviewed by a Medical Review Officer. If any drug is not negative, the MRO will reach out to the person who took the test to ask for proof of any legal prescriptions. The MRO will release the final results, which will be reported to back to the Employer or the person who set up the test.
Mileage will be added to booking price.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that this order will be NON-REFUNDABLE once my information and payment have been processed and the registration form has been issued. I have read and understood the terms and conditions and that ALL SALES are final and NO REFUND will be issued.
