Schedule your on-site drug testing with Phoenix Diagnostic Services. Employers order this on-site service for groups of (10 person minimum) that require drug testing. The on-site fee includes one technician. Additional technicians may be requested to accommodate larger groups (extra fees apply). The site fee does not include the test cost, mileage, and applicable wait time. By not having to send employees off-site for testing companies save by not having the employees on the clock. Employers can notify employees upon the arrival of our technician.

On-site testing must be scheduled at least 3 business days in advance or it will be subject to our emergency testing fee of $499. For larger groups, we suggest companies space out scheduling staff over several hours and possibly reserve more than one technician. 

For on-site testing at company locations, we request that the company provide a desk and chairs near the bathroom that can be secured for the purposes and duration of the testing period.
